		<description>Hey there. You should join us in the challenge. Most of us are eating locally most of the time but just choosing one meal a week to feature. If I posted about every local meal we ate I'd bore myself. :) plus, the discipline of making one 100% local meal each week is a good way to keep myself from getting lazy about the little things. Nice post.</description>
